Thandi Murambiwa
MANAGING DIRECTOR/NOMINATED INDIVIDUAL
Thandi Murambiwa has 21 years experience of working, developing managing services in nursing and health and social care sector with experience of commissioning new services. Her passion and dedication for the healthcare sector has led to the formation development of Blossom24 Healthcare & Training Ltd. Thandi is a qualified Mental Health Nurse (Bsc Mental Health) since 1999 and holds a Higher Diploma in Teaching including PTTLS and PAMMS assessor qualification. Thandi also has significant experience and passion in training and conducting Parental Assessments including Contact Supervisions.
Oswell Gwati
DIRECTOR/
REGISTERED MANAGER
Oswell Gwati holds a BSc in mental health nursing (Bsc Mental Health) with over 21 years experience of working in Adult mental health services and CAMHS where he is also a Clinical nurse specialist (CAMHS). He also has extensive experience facilitating learning in professional practice through mentoring and signing-off nursing students. Oswell is passionate and has been instrumental in developing Children Services at Blossom24 Healthcare.
