Dementia Care
A change in routine can be frightening for someone who lives with Dementia. The change may be due to reasons such as illness, infection, loss or deterioration in physical health. This is where we come in as our carers are trained in specialist Dementia Care & Support.
We will enable you or your loved one to remain in the home for as long as possible. We are experienced in assessments and creating tailor made care & support packages for clients living with Dementia. We know that in most cases some with Dementia can be supported to maintain a routine bases on their needs and security. We will work towards the outcomes for Dementia care and support.
Our carers will work with various Dementia tool kits and will work with the individual and their families to manage the challenges presented by memory loss and other factors which affect the person’s well being.
Our Managers are only a phone call away and they will be able to make arrangements with you for further assessments.
